Getting started
How do I start coloring?
On the home screen, tap Color, pick a page, then choose the Fill tool (the paint bucket) and tap a shape. The lines are protected, so colors never cross them.
Where are my creations saved?
In the gallery on the home screen. Everything saves by itself a few seconds after each change, and when the app goes to the background.
How do I undo a mistake?
Tap the curved arrow at the top of the screen. You can go back many steps, and forward again with the arrow beside it.
Saving and sharing
How do I save a picture or a video to the photo library?
Open the creation, tap Share (the box with an arrow, top right) and pick PNG, JPEG, GIF or MP4. On a phone or tablet it goes straight to Photos; on a Mac you choose where to save it.
Why does sharing ask a math question?
MasLamPen is made for children, so anything leaving the app goes past a grown-up first. Type the answer to the multiplication on the keypad and tap OK.
How do I move a project to another device?
Export it as a project file (.mlp), move the file, then tap the Open button (the arrow into a tray, top of the home screen) on the other device.
Your purchase
I changed phones. Do I have to buy it again?
No. Download it again from the store with the same account you bought it with. On Apple devices, one purchase covers iPhone, iPad and Mac. See Apple's help on redownloading apps and Google's on reinstalling apps.
How do I ask for a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple and Google. For the App Store, use reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google Play, follow Google's refund help. You can also write to us.

Does MasLamPen collect any data?
No. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no internet connection. Read the privacy policy.
